All-on-X Implant Treatment

All-on-X treatment is a full-mouth implant restoration designed for patients who want to fully restore their chewing ability, appearance, comfort, and confidence. This treatment is often considered the closest replacement to natural teeth for patients missing most or all of their teeth.

During the procedure, dental implants are surgically placed into the jawbone — typically 4–6 implants per arch depending on the patient’s anatomy and treatment plan. A temporary screw-retained prosthesis is usually delivered on the day of surgery, allowing patients to leave with fixed teeth immediately after the procedure.

Unlike traditional dentures or overdentures, the prosthesis is secured directly to the implants and is not removed daily by the patient. This creates a more stable and natural-feeling restoration with improved chewing efficiency and confidence.

After the implants and tissues have fully healed, the temporary prosthesis is replaced with a final custom restoration designed for long-term strength, function, esthetics, and comfort.
